Refunds & Waiting List Policy

Refunds

We will refund any ticket no questions asked until 48hrs before the event start. If you notify us after that cut-off line, we will offer the spare ticket(s) to our waiting list and the general public and you will receive a refund only if we manage to sell the ticket(s). Ticketsource fees are non-refundable. To request a refund, send us an email to ropeofficehours@gmail.com including the name and email address you booked under, and the number of tickets you want refunded.

You are more than welcome to make your own arrangements and give up your ticket(s) to someone that you know is looking. The name on the ticket makes no difference to us as long as the person attending is not banned. As our events are over-subscribed and varied in price, we do not transfer tickets from one event to the next.

Waiting list

We realise that our events are over-subscribed and tickets sell out before many interested people have a chance to purchase one. You can join our waiting list through the ‘Join Waiting List’ button on the Ticketsource listing.

If a ticket becomes available until 48hrs before the event, we will offer it to the people on the waiting list in chronological order – so the first person gets first refusal, etc. If you requested multiple tickets and multiple tickets become available at once, we will offer you the number you need or as many as we can. If a number of tickets smaller than your desired amount become available and you’re on the top of the list, we will offer you the choice to take the available ticket(s) and remain on the waiting list for the remaining one(s), or to pass the ticket(s) to the next person and wait until a full number becomes available at once.

If a ticket becomes available less than 48hrs before the event, we will notify everyone on the waiting list simultaneously, and may also publicise to the general public. The ticket(s) will once again be allocated on first come, first served basis. This is to ensure the ticket(s) have the best possible chance of being allocated.
